Kathy graduated from University Malaya (UM) with a Business Admin Degree. She brings with her extensive sales experience from the construction line before joining the plastics industry. Her core belief is placing customer interests first to win their long-term confidence towards her services. As Senior Sales Manager, she finds great satisfaction in caring for her customers’ needs which helps to inspire her to continue her career path in servicing customers. Moving forth, she’s set her sights on exploring new service area and to build up the next generation of sales team. While not at work, she fills her time with cooking and baking which she finds help to release a lot of work stress. Also, it helps build quality time with her loved ones as it involves their participation and gives her great pleasure in presenting her delicacies.
