Business Executive – (PG)

Job purpose

  • To propose potential business deals by contacting business partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • To develop new business deals by coordinating requirements; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • To conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar and in person.
  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.
  • To attend the product training and conduct training to customer and internal team members
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • To identifying strategic planning for the company’s future development, and looking for ways of expanding the company’s horizon.
  • To develop and deliver a strategic and technical plan for business development, income generation for the group of companies.
  • To building and manage alliances and relationships with various third-party companies and potential clients
  • To perform analytical preparation for opportunities for potential growth for the management
  • To acquire knowledge of the outside market and competitors of the company.
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts including every intellectual property and existing technologies .
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities and follow up on behalf of the company for new and potential business opportunities.
  • Develop, negotiate & close business deal, develop clear written specification and proposal
  • To work closely with the marketing department to develop bespoke campaigns to relevant prospects.
  • Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
  • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Providing the company and business units with market research intelligence
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, marketing event, tradeshows, etc
  • Establish and maintain effective communication links with other business units to identify and maximise all sales opportunities.
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required.



  • At least a bachelor’s degree in a business field.
  • Proven ability to identify and exploit new sales opportunities with potential customers.
  • Strong commercial awareness of business dynamics.
  • Must possess a good business sense to be able to identify profitable business opportunities.
  • Initiative, discretion and judgement of a high order with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Pleasant, tactful and approachable personality.
  • Self-motivated, reliable and willing to work flexible hours.
  • Strong time management and effective organisational skills, with the ability to think laterally, work under pressure and achieve work deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people of diverse cultures.
  • Demonstrated high level computer literacy skills, word processing packages and various computer applications
